  • Foods manufacturer in Warrenville, IL is looking for a 2nd shift maintenance supervisor. 
  • Job is open due to retirement.  This client offers great benefits, growth potential and stability

  • The main function of this position will be to manage, supervise and direct mechanical and electrical technicians in all facets of maintenance throughout the plant. 
  • Will assist in continuous improvement projects and to maintain and implement preventative maintenance system. 
  • Supervise 15 maintenance technicians and electricians
  • Run projects, manage work order and direct employees to troubleshoot equipment as necessary
  • Ensure safety requirements
  • Evaluates equipment condition and direct employees to perform appropriate repairs
  • Ensure Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards
  • Install and monitor current and new equipment
  • Improve and maintain preventative SAP maintenance system
  • Follow strict guidelines associated with GMP’s, AIB, USDA, SQF, BRC and FDA
  • High school diploma required.  Prefer trade school, Associates and/or college degree in related maintenance field.
  • 1-3+ years of maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing setting
  • 4-7+ years of mechanical and/or electrical experience.
  • Experience managing electrical and mechanical technicians
