  • 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years of HR leadership in a manufacturing environment;
  • Experience using HR KPIs: using business, HR and safety data to drive continuous improvement;
  • Employee Relations champion;
  • Organizational development skills;
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive associate relations and communication programs;
  • Problem-solving and change management experience.
