Healthcare Solutions Business Development Director- Greater South Central Region

Job Summary 
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Director, who will be responsible for growing sales revenue within our Healthcare Solutions domain.  This individual will be exclusively targeting and developing new Business Process Management (BPM) opportunities. The territory will be South Central and Southwest.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Selling our client's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / extended back office services to new customers within these segments: hospitals & health systems, physician & practice groups, and  large 3rd party medical billing companies.
  • Takes initiative as an individual contributor role by establishing our client's brand and increasing revenues within targeted healthcare accounts.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques in positioning our technology enabled BPM solutions to help clients achieve bottom-line financial business improvements.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with key decision makers for these target accounts, through sales calls, networking events and written communication.
  • Deliver consistent, quarterly sales performance while exceeding expected revenue targets
  • Maximize resources and tools available to establish and maintain an opportunity pipeline 3-4X assigned quota
  • Sales Execution: Prospect, qualify and execute all opportunities using the client's successful Sales Process
  • Operational Excellence: Provide accurate and detailed revenue forecasting and deliver consistent, quarterly sales performance, while exceeding expected revenue target
  • Ensure long term customer success: effectively transitions new client relationships to our customer success team
  • Past experience in growing a base of new business in an expansion territory.
  • Proven track record in prospecting and establishing new business relationships with decision makers, selling revenue cycle services and/or revenue cycle technology.
  • Strong consultative sales background with a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in a Sales/Business Development role. 
  • Acumen to solve revenue cycle challenges in prospective customers portfolio. Ability to analyze the policy and tactical needs of prospective clients and use this information in creating client strategies that are enabled by our client's analytics enabled solution offerings.
  • Must have the ability to confidently interact with senior management and executives, possesses current relationships that include C-Level leaders (CFOs, CBO, CIOs, VP-RCM) and business counterparts to ensure quick start results.
  • Experience in orchestrating cohesive sales engagements with globally dispersed resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or with an academic concentration in marketing is preferred.
