Responsibilities:

·         Administrating compensation and benefit plans;

·         Leading local efforts in talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding and training & development;

·         Providing support to employees in HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolving issues;

·         Promoting HR programs to promote an efficient and conflict-free workplace;

·         Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies;

·         Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics;

·         Maintain employee files and records.

 
Education:   4-year degree required. HR designations such as PHR, SPHR may be considered
 
Required Skills:

·        5 + years of human resources generalist experience;

·         Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;

·         Knowledge of employment/labor laws;

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

·         Aptitude in problem-solving;

·         Desires to work as a team with a results driven approach;

·         Working knowledge of MS Office applications and HRIS systems.

 

The right candidate must have in-depth leadership experience in recruitment and be a very strong voice in employee relations. The right person must also be a strong advocate for company policies, ideally with union avoidance experience.
