Fast growing company located just north of Pittsburgh has need for an Executive Assistant to support their executive team with heavy travel arrangements and calendar organization.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of travel without the use of an outside agency. Responsible for creatively finding best alternatives for Executive travel and being on stand by to change plans in event of emergency or cancellation of flights.-Always thinking a step ahead
  • Monitor all administrative systems & functions for various members of the leadership team. Including, but not limited to, Outlook calendars, email, expense reporting and schedules
  • Prepare scheduled & ad hoc reports for regional/area and finance staff
  • Provide basic knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
  • Create & distribute communications to all staff
  • Plan & coordinate functions & meetings
  • Manager personal business matters for owners
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience with travel coordination and professional administration experience
  • Strong organizational skills & proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs  APPLE MAC would be a strong plus
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and requirements
