** Compensation Analyst - Chicago, IL (northern suburb) **
Our client is a non-profit healthcare system with 3,800 employees.
Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this position will performs a variety of compensation functions including development, maintenance and administration of the organization's various compensation programs.


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
2-5 years of compensation experience
Experience with salary survey analysis and job description development and evaluation

Familiarity with HRIS systems data gathering, manipulation, and reporting functions

CCP Certification strongly preferred.
